✒ Background
Promethean, also known as the Phantom's Vesper, is the Neverside Spectre of Life. In her early existence, she wanted to be more human, so she integrated herself more into humanity with the help of her friend Asami. Upon Asami's passing due to unknown circumstances, Promethean was framed as her killer due to being at the scene of the killing, which caused her to isolate herself for a good time.In her time of isolation, she heard of the Twilight Trickster. She grew admiration for the spectre, wishing to meet her. Her first proper reintroduction to human society was through possessing a girl of the Crimson Demon clan named Komekko, who she used to meet the Twilight Trickster. After meeting her, everything from there on became history.
✒ Early life
When Promethean was younger, around 4 years old, she possessed a girl named Akiko Yosano, who at the time was 11 years old. Promethean met a lady named Asami who she found out, just like her, had connections to the Neverside. Forming a bond with her, she befriended her and saw Asami as an older sister-like figure in her life, even joining the organisation, WISP, that she worked at. Promethean worked as a nurse at WISP, using her affinity to heal people, excusing it as a part of Yosano's normal abilities. While she worked there, she also liked to play with Asami, and even read books with her in the library at WISP.10 years passed and Asami had a child who’s name is Maki, and a few months after having her, Asami tragically passed away from unknown causes. After finding Asami's corpse when going to her house in the countryside, she tried as much as she could to bring the soulless body back, but she was unsuccessful. People would come in after hearing a lot of commotion, and thought of Promethean as a demon, thinking that she had been the one to kill Asami. With no way of convincing them, she took Asami's corpse and fled, leaving her friend's corpse in her dimension. She kept Yosano's body, which she had to play with Maki until she turned 5, which is when Promethean decided to leave to the Neverside, where she isolated herself for many years, since she couldn’t bare the pain of being around humans any longer, blaming herself for not being able to keep Asami alive.

✒ Isolation
She grew lonely during her isolation, oftentimes regretting it and wishing she could forgive herself and move back into humanity, where she thought she belonged. Nothing could bring the younger Promethean to do that though. In the Neverside, she was just a wandering spectre in a stolen body, with nowhere to go. This is until she met a spectre named Zone, who, due to his boredom, decided to play with Promethean for a bit and keep her company. She spoke about her issues regarding looking down on herself, thinking her affinity was useless, and wishing to have just been gone, but Zone encouraged her to think otherwise, and motivated her to see things in a better way. He left her afterwards, but it was that interaction that motivated her to want to meet other spectres, thinking maybe they could help her feel accepted too, instead of feeling like a lost child.
✒ Re-Integration
Having the motivation to now meet other spectres, she learned about the existence of another spectre titled the Twilight Trickster. This spectre and her actions interested Promethean, as she had never seen a spectre acting so freely with their affinity. Promethean wasn’t exactly like that, and was deeply inspired by the way the Twilight Trickster was, so with her interest in the spectre, she decided to go out of her way to meet her. She finally left the Neverside where she isolated herself and moved onto Belzerg, where she possessed a child named Komekko with the goal to meet the Twilight Trickster. After meeting her, she got to know more about this other spectre, even learning of her name being Dynasty, who she called Dyna. From then on, the two built up a bigger bond, and after some time of the two knowing each other, they began dating.

✒ Modern Day
Promethean is now older and wiser, having even faced off against big foes to the Neverside, such as The Neverlord - Navar and The Celestial. Sometimes, in moments of desperation, she sees her old friend Asami as a figment of her imagination that she believes to be real, but whenever she sees her, it is almost like a beacon of hope that gives Promethean motivation to keep on fighting. Now, she is married to the Twilight Trickster - Dynasty, and even befriended a few spectres, such as Micro and Chrona. As for old friends, she still gets along with Maki just fine, being considered her aunt even, and gets along fine with Maki's daughter, Dyna 'Ciel' Aikawa. An old friend she does somewhat think of is the first spectre she properly met. Although she is unaware of what happened to Zone after that day, she does wonder where he may be now, hoping maybe someday to meet him once more to thank him.
